What’s covered?
Access to Work can fund:
- 1:1 coaching (ADHD, confidence, communication, focus, resilience, wellbeing)
- Specialist support for mental health or neurodivergent needs
- Adaptations, equipment, and travel support
- Support workers or job aids
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to apply, a condition or difference that affects your ability to do your job is enough.
